2. (b) Submission of false or misleading information;
3. (c) Violation of these terms or applicable laws; or
4. (d) Any dispute or action involving third-party rights or determinations by an external authority.

5. (e) Refund eligibility and dispute resolution are governed by the Refund Policy and related terms.
