10.1 The Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or restrict access to any User who violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to the website's operation.

10.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to the User shall cease immediately, and the User shall destroy any downloaded or stored materials obtained from the website.

11.1 The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visa Solutions, its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
